Carole Wells, J.D.

Unique Approaches to Intake and Representation of Crime Victims

Carole Wells, JD, is an instructor at the University of Idaho College of Law Victims’ Rights Clinic. The Clinic is funded by the National Crime Victim Law Institute in Portland, Oregon to provide legal representation to crime victims. Carole teaches Victims’ Rights at the law school and supervises students who are directly representing victims in Northern Idaho. Carole has just finished serving a two year term as a board member for Sojourner’s Alliance, a transitional housing facility for the homeless. She is also currently a board member for the American Civil Liberties Union of Idaho.
