In this workshop, participants will learn tips, tactics, and techniques to develop the relationships necessary to create awareness of and support for the rights and needs of victims of crime. A case study about the development of an enforcement mechanism to ensure compliance with a crime victims’ rights statute will be used to illustrate the process.
