Andrew Teitelman, J.D., is a Staff Attorney for NCVLI. His work includes providing legal technical assistance to crime victims’ attorneys and advocates nationally and drafting amicus curiae briefs in support of crime victims’ rights in state and federal courts. Prior to joining NCVLI, Mr. Teitelman clerked for the Honorable Susan Souder of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland, after which he worked in the Law Office of Richard R. Johnson in Sacramento, California, focusing on family law, employment law and criminal defense. Mr. Teitelman received a B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
