Presentation: A Year in Review: Victims' Rights Cases from the Past Year Friday, (5/18) at 3:00 pm
Greg Rios, J.D., is a Staff Attorney for NCVLI. His work includes providing legal technical assistance to crime victims’ attorneys and advocates nationally and drafting amicus curiae briefs in support of crime victims’ rights in state and federal courts. Prior to law school, Mr. Rios worked for several years as a Legal Assistant in the Lane County Public Defender’s Office. While in law school, he was a student-extern for the Oregon Supreme Court in the chambers of Chief Justice Paul De Muniz and served as Symposium Editor for the Willamette Law Review. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Oregon, an M.Ed. from Oregon State University, and a J.D. from Willamette University.
