SUSAN S. QUINN

Susan S. Quinn, Esq., is the Director fo the Crime Victim Legal Network, a program funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Crime Victim Law Institute in Portland, Oregon to provide legal representation to crime victims. Ms. Quinn earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She was admitted to the South Carolina bar in 1998. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Quinn clerked for the Honorable L. Casey Manning. She has worked as an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant Chief Counsel with the S.C. Department of Natural Resources. She is also admitted to practice in Federal District Court and the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has practiced extensively in the areas of criminal and family law. Additionally, she is a certified court mediator, civil court mediator, and civil arbitrator.
