As Legal Director for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape, Diane Moyer drafts and advocates for state and national legislation that impacts victims/survivors of sexual violence and the advocates who serve them. She provides information and referral to public and private entities and individuals on issues affecting victims of sexual violence. She provides technical assistance to centers and reviews contractual matters for the organization.
