Using Relationships to Create and Enhance Rights for Crime Victims

Diane Moyer is the Legal Director for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape. As Legal Director she drafts and advocates for state and national legislation that impacts victims/survivors of sexual violence and the advocates who serve them. She also collaborates with allied stakeholders to author amicus briefs on impact appellate issues. She provides information and referral to public and private entities and individuals on issues affecting victims of sexual violence. Ms. Moyer provides technical assistance to centers and reviews contractual matters for the organization.
