Carol Schrader is Director of the Oregon Crime Victims’ Rights Compliance. She brings to her Director position training in interdisciplinary, religious, and legal studies, and experience with strategic planning, poverty and family law advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. That being said, her conversations with victims, victim advocates, and others working through what it might mean to honor victims’ legal rights is at the heart of her current work.
