2008 Conference Venue and Lodging

The 7th Annual Crime Victim Law & Litigation Conference will be held at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel in Portland, OR. Blocks of hotel rooms at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront and also at the nearby Marriott Residence Inn Portland Downtown at RiverPlace were set aside for the convenience of conference participants, and were made available at discounted rates.

Discounted Conference Rates: We are sorry to say that rooms are no longer available at the discounted rate at either of the two hotels.

Portland Rose Festival at the same time!: The good news is that there will lots of fun family activities in Portland during the time of the conference, including some very near to the conference location, as the Portland Rose Festival will be taking place from May 29-June 8. This also means that hotel rooms throughout the city may be in high demand during this time period. So, even if you miss out on the discounted room rates, it is important to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible!

Airport Shuttles: Shuttles to downtown Portland hotels can be arranged at the ground transportation information desk in the baggage claim area of the PDX airport. To get back to the airport after the conference, there are Blue Star Airporter shuttles that leave the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront every half hour. The cost of a one-way trip on an airport shuttle is $14. The round trip fare is $24.
